Recorded messages are randomly calling both customers and non-customers stating your debit card has been deactivated and requesting you provide them with your 16 digit card number and PIN number. Please be aware that this is a fraudulent call and do not under any circumstance release any information.

 

If you have received a phone call and provided this information, please contact the Patriot Bank location nearest you or call the toll-free number 877-646-0134.

 

If you have not received a phone call, you do not need to take any action. Your debit card is safe and secure. We want to remind all bank customers to never respond to requests for account or personal information via the telephone or internet and our bank personnel will never request this information.
